What kind of cleats are the best?

What kind of rugby cleats are good for muddy fields i have a pair of cleats for the spring but i need cleats?

• winter i play club in the winter and for my school in the spring i started recently playing but i need cleats for the winter it rains a lot sometimes snows but the cleats i have no are not good enough because you get no traction on wet fields so what cleats would be good price doesnt matter

  It depends on the type of boot you are now using. You need longer studs, but not necessarily new boots. Most rugby boots have studs which can be removed and replaced (short studs for a dry pitch, longer ones for a wet). If you happen to be using a pair of the soccer boots with molded plastic studs, then you will probably want to replace it with a pair of rugby specific boots with the removable studs. Eight or six studded, depending on whether you are in the tight five or a back. (Loose forwards go either way, depending on their own preference.) As to the brand -- just make the effort to try on a lot of pairs to make sure you get a good fit. No two types of boots are exactly the same, and all will fit your feet a little differently. And a good fit beats a poor fit, regardless of brand.
