All Blacks to lose this years Rugby World Cup?

  • Do you think they will lose it this year? Think about it, 4 years ago we lost too France when everyone thought that the All Blacks were going to win it. I think the same could happen again because Argentina are a pretty unpredictable side. I think that most people including the All Blacks are underestimating them. That's just my opinion. Besides they lost Dan Carter and Richie McCaw isn't particularly 100% at the moment, and I don't believe Colin Slade has the ability to play at international level, watch his game against South Africa in the Tri-Nations this year, he had a shocker. Also if they do beat Argentina then they will go up against either Australia and South Africa which will definitely make The All Blacks chances slim of winning this World Cup .

    All Blacks will win the Rugby World Cup. They don't want to lose in front of their home fans and they cannot afford to lose. But on the hand, they have been favorites for last few WC's. Springboks is the only team that can beat them at this moment.

The ABs cant lose the RWC because they are not current holders of it -- SA are. Not even the most biased AB fan would say the ABs have a "devine" right to win it. The ABs have to be the best team at this tournament to win the RWC not between RWCs. Carters absence and McCaws half healed foot makes things just the much harder for the ABs nevertheless theirs enough talent and skill from other players to do the job.

Tbh, They will hammer Argentina and lose to the springboks in the semi-final. Then we will probably see a repeat of the 2007 final with England-SA again. And I for one do no want to see that, England and Sa are probably the two most boring rugby teams to watch and thats coming from an Englishmen. I would love to see New zealand in the final, it would be a victory for rugby in general.

nah, you watch their interviews. you see how much they as players and as a team have learnt from 2007. i think if they were to lose, it would only be to australia or south africa. they lost Dan yes. but that just means the all blacks dont have a 10 that is streets ahead of the other teams. they now have a 10 thats around the same level as the other teams. And Richie at 80% would be better than a replacement. the all blacks are a different team with him playing. and i think you have it the other way around. whoever plays the all blacks (if they win against argentina of course) next has a slim chance of winning. i just dont see a team beating the all blacks in nz at a world cup. if it was elsewhere, well id be a lot more uncertain

France was a lot better 4 years ago and so was Argentina. Both sides are absolutely sh!t compared to themselves from 4 years ago. The All Blacks are still in the same form as 4 years ago. If Argentina wins, it'd be a miracle.
