Hockey player Workout..?

Hey guys i'm a hockey player been playing for quite awhile never actually had a good routine workout. I'm starting to play at higher levels now and my coach always tells me too put some weight on i'm 150lbs 6"2" I want to get stronger and bigger but want to still keep the quickness and agility.. I have a bench press and dumbells at my house and was wondering what i should do.. I drink Protein shakes before i work out. And My friend said I should get on Carbs because that helps put on weight.. what are your opinions? I work out on wednesday thursday friday and saturday. Help me make a routine?
