Is it possible to download past NHL games (maple leafs) to load onto my iphone?

im living in australia and foxtel give us one or two games every now and then at unreasonable times. ideally i want to be able to download te game after its been played, then watch it on my laptop or iphone. i dont mind paying for it i just cant find anyone that offers this service. seems everything is live streams only. i want to be able to watch the games on flights etc without a internet connection. SERIOUSLY thought it would be easier than this!

Not sure if you can buy NHL Gamecentre (it's an online subscription service) in Australia. NHL Gamecentre will let you download to a tablet/laptop/hand-held device and will give you access to NHL Vault (archived games); honestly access to all the archived games is really the bonus of it. The cost is approx US$20-25/month. Are you able to PVR games? Not to tell the NHL how to run things, but up until a couple years ago NRL had an online deal with Big Pond...it was something like CAD$30 for the season, and I could watch all NRL games on a 24-hour delay (we get State of Origin games and 1 NRL game per week here in Canada but that's it).
