How do you play box lacrosse?

I play defense in field lacrosse, and im gonna be playing box this winter. I have no clue about how to play box lacrosse, so can anyone tell me how to play it, and give me some links that explain positions and give me tips? (i put this in the hockey section because i figured that a lot of hockey players play lax)
