What do you think about Philadelphia?

What do you think will happen with the Philadelphia Flyers?

  • This question is mainly for Flyers fans, but others can also answer. Do you think that they can come back against the Pens (which I highly doubt), or if they lose in the next few games? Also, who might Philadelphia try to sign in the offseason (not re-sign, but sign a person from another team)? Or if they'll try to trade for someone?

  • Answer:

    I think the Flyers will win game 3, 5, and 6. They'll make this series interesting, but the Pens will win in 7. I think they'll re-sign a few guys, but no trades.

I don't see them coming back... the Penguins have been playing better than anyone in the East. I do see them being a force next year though (they remind me of the 2006 Ducks who lost to the Oilers in the WCF and then came back pretty strong in 2007) ... though they may well lose Carter or Umberger. They really don't have a lot of cap space to work with so I wouldn't expect any big off season signings.

Shock and Awe....so what? Malkin had an off night.....big whoop. Just because he didn't score doesn't mean a single thing. I could do the same thing and pick on a lot of the Flyers......I'm sorry, I don't mean to yap at you, but there's no need to put down Gino because of one game

Flyers played a great game in game 2 and the Pens didn't,,but in the end,Flyers still lost...Pens offence wasn't clicking at all still still managed to win..Sure,Malkin was shut down,,but the Pens are far from being a one man team,,,too much fire power,,,take away Richards and the Flyers have 1 goal in 2 games....Flyers will win one off the next two,,,but Pens have to much
