How do you take you NHL 11 edited roster to online play?

Because of the roster update, lots of players on my team are injured so i changed the roster outside of online but once online i cant have the roster i just made, it goes back to the default one, how do i change this?

You can't, you have to use the latest roster updates when you play online.
