Do u think this workout plan would b good for hockey?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mahler57.htm It's not designed for hockey but it's body weight exercises. R body weight exercises better for hockey than lifting? Will it give me strength and endurance? Should I run on these days too?

yes that will give you strength and endurance, definitely. however, you should not give up on lifting. always change up your workout. and I would say go for a nice big run about 2-3 times a week. never within two days of hockey though. you must keep your legs in tune, but fresh.
