How do you score every time in NHL 12?

  • In NHL 11, it was a simple left to right deke (if you are a left - handed shooter) and you would score everytime? How can I score every time in NHL 12?

    It's not so easy anymore.. they have made the game so that if you keep doing the same thing the defense will catch on and anticipate, so you have to be unpredictable and make good passes in order to score. i find the easiest way to score is by taking slap shots from the point with good screens in front.

IBF is mean to me

it's pretty tough to score every time in NHL 12.. it doesn't happen everytime, but i frequently get goals when i take a slapshot shortside. maybe try that?

I do the same thing as you for 11, and it works in 12. One timers have also worked since like NHL '07

I still get them every time with the left-right-left.

Slapshot from the blueline right down the centre if the goalie is being screened. If it doesnt get blocked, it usually works.
