What was the going price for tickets to the 2012 Ontario NHL All-Star Game / Weekend?

  • I can't really locate anything on Yahoo! or Google (my skills seem to be slacking). I'm looking for street value on prices for the NHL All Star Game, NHL Skills Competition, or a pass for both. Upper level or lower level is fine. I'm a season ticket holder for 2013 Columbus All-Star game, so I have some decisions to make whether I sell my tickets or go to the game.

Try searching on TiqIQ as they may have some history available. There's a decent Ottawa fan blog (Silver Seven Sens); the guys who run it might be able to help. If you're a Columbus STH, the team will communicate with you directly about buying tickets for this event when you get your renewal letter as the league runs this event (not Columbus). You would have the ability, as a STH, to pass on buying the ASG (typically demand outstrips supply since the league will take a not-small block for sponsors and other uses) and retain your tickets. What will happen is that you will either enter a lottery to buy ASG tickets, or the team will say you can buy X number of tickets for every # of season tickets you have.
