-
Im a defensive field hockey player who was told by her coach that I might not make it to next years varsity cuts. What a training regimen I can take up to improve my chances of making the team? Any moves to practice wil also be a big help. Thanks!

Answer:
play with a ball as much as you can. like if your bored and just sitting there, grab your stick and ball. the better controll you have, the better off you are. also id highly recommend going to a camp this summer. i did freshman year and it was so amazingly good i started varsity and played the whole game. every game. thanks to that camp. if you live around RI go to the one at providence college. but they have them all over, so just google it.
