Last week I did what is the correct way to attend a hockey game. Now it is… what is the correct way to watch a hockey game at home? 1) You are sitting on the couch and realize that they are showing a 30-minute pre-game program before the puck drops. You decided: A) watch the pre-game show B) change the channel and try to find something more entertaining than commentators making guesses, and player making empty promises of trying their hardest. C) Get dinner going, so that you can eat in the 1st period. D) Other – Explain. 2) The game starts and it is 10 minutes into the first period. This is game 23 of the season, and it is a home game. The phone rings. You decided A) To answer it B) To ignore it – you’ll find out who it is during the 1st intermission C) To ignore it – you’ll find out who it is after the game D) To ignore it- I never answer my phone E) To check caller ID and then decided F) Other – Explain. 3) It is second period and you are already feeling tired because you were a party animal the night before. Do you A) Resume a comfortable laying down position and hope to not fall asleep B) Fight the tired feeling and sit on the edge of your seat C) Go to bed….there are way too many game in the season to bother D) Other – Explain. 4) During second intermission you have to go tinkle. But the color commentator is interviewing your most beloved player. You decided: A) To turn the volume REALLY loud and hope you can hear over your “fountain of urine”. B) Who cares…it is just another interview. C) Hold the urge, and wait until a commercial break D) Other. Explain. 5) You are going to have fajitas during the 3rd period. It takes all of the 2nd intermission to wizz and put together you fajitas. You open the refrigerator and realize that your sour cream is VERY expired and you have no guacamole or cheese. What were you thinking?! You: A) Don’t like fajitas anyway, so you find a frozen dinner instead. B) Make a run to the grocery store, and listen to the game on the radio (to and from) C) Decided to eat late, put the warmer on low, and go to the store AFTER the game D) Suck it up and eat them without toppings. Hi 1. I get the laptop set up next to the couch and get the pizza ordered. Log on and start chatting with my other hockey friends and do our own keys to the game. Pay for the pizza and grab two beers out of the fridge crack one and crack open the pizza box and check if it is cool enough to inhale. 2. I am required by work to always answer my phone. If it is nothing important though I do not pay any attention. 3. Due to time difference I have fallen asleep during many a games. Sorry but 9am on a weekend is way to early for me when the Tuna does not get home till 5am. If it is an evening game, well then im at work so no drinking and no sleeping. 4. Commercial is coming up, I can wait, I am a guy after all. 5. Eat all the steak meat out. Then take the veggies and put them in a wrapper with some ranch dressing and call it good. 6.I read summaries for almost every game and rather I watched it or not. I do not listen to sports radio due to time constraints. Thank You

1) Watch the Pre-Game show. Usually, I'll order pizza for the game. If not, I'll turn up the volume of the pre-game show so I can listen while cooking dinner. 2) Check the caller ID then decide. I know who would be calling about the game and who would be calling to just b.s. about something. 3) Other. I don't think this has ever happened to me, but I would make a pot of coffee during a commercial break. 4) Hold the urge. If I can't, turn up the volume and pee in my bathroom sink... I can see the tv from the mirror. 5) Suck it up and eat them without the toppings. 6) Both A and B. I'm obsessed.
