What are some good golf irons?
-
i am 13 i don't like hitting irons with a high trajectory. The price doesn't matter. My current irons aren't even a brand name just knock offs. i hit 7 irons roughly 170 but i know i can hit it farther without crappy department store irons. I'm thinking about Cobra s9 irons, any mizuno, callaway x20.Please leave any opinion about clubs.

These guys don't know what they are talking about. Jake c, you can't buy rocco's clubs retail, he has had those so customized that he's probably the only person on earth with them. Irons are all about feel, so it would really be tough giving you a good suggestion without seeing your swing or game characteristics. But to start, if money is really not a problem, then i would go with the Diamana Blue shafts in your irons, they are stiff tip and stiff butt end with a regular middle, and tend to make people hit the ball lower. For heads, i would recommend maybe the Titleist AP2's, they are a great face that has playability and forgiveness.

TaylorMade Golf R7 Draw Iron Set (4-PW) $299.99 The TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons are one of the most forgiving irons TaylorMade has ever engineered and are designed to promote a draw ball flight adding yardage to your shots. With TaylorMade's Draw Technology, weight has been re-positioned lower and deeper in the heel area making it easier to square the face at impact, resulting in a high launch angle, draw bias, and added distance.

i suggest nike slingshot irons because they are meant to be for more experianced players like you, and are great clubs, or nike sumo irons (i use) which are for more "younger people" clubs that are great and many people regardless do those or callaway big bertha havenwood because callaway has great clubs that might as well last forever
