What are some colleges with really good academics and a decent golf program?

  • im a sophmore and i'm good at golf (1.1 index & 74 scoring average in state junior golf tournaments) and have good grades (4.4 weighted gpa)- I'd be more interested in going to a school with excellent academics rather than excellent golf because i can't expect to make a career out of it! just curious about what schools i should be looking in to...

    Oklahoma State has won 9 national championships since 1978. Stanford is comperative in both catagories. Most Championship teams are in the sun belt from California to Florida!
