Should I get a golf pull cart or just carry my golf clubs?

Cheaper to carry that's what I do, good work out instead of making things easier make them more challenging and stay in shape. Yeah it is different one your doing absolutely nothing the other you are.

depends on your age, but a push cart will be easier on the body. 3 wheel carts are the trend, and push easiest, but are a little on the pricey side. To really go all out, you can get a remote power cart that will 'ride' with you, you carry a remote to steer it around the course. I spoiled myself and bought one of these, thought it might distract me from my game, but it has improved it. There is so much space to steer ir around, there is little to worry about. and you walk like you have a caddy.

You will definitely want a pull cart. Lugging your clubs around gets exhausting on larger courses

Get a pull cart... It will help your back and not tire you out... I have one and it works great... Make sure you get a good one cheap ones will break.

If you are physically able to carry your clubs, I believe that this is preferred. However, I have found that carrying the clubs starts to make my shoulders sore and it impacts my swing. I found that a pull or push cart is ideal, it takes little effort and allows you to get some exercise walking. Also, you learn more about the course carrying or push/pull cart. Renting a motor cart, for me, has been the least enjoyable way to play the game. Depending on your age, walk and carry or pull/push cart is best. Don't get a cart that offers every possible convenience, it is just more things to go wrong. Go plain and simple. It is nice to have a small scorecard holder and a drink holder on the cart.

Yes, you can put a fair bit of pressure on your back and shoulders if you carry your bag round which may affect your game. It depends how heavy your bag is but I know mine has got kind of heavy and I wouldn't want to carry it round 18 holes! You can get cheap pull carts - I have one I have had for years that has done just fine and cost me about $20 but it does miss a place for the scorecard that would be handy. Get one that folds up nicely so it goes in your car, storage etc without taking too much space. You can also get 2 or 3 wheeled ones, 3 wheeled seem to be a bit better.
