What legal action can I take against a guy on craigslist who sold me FAKE ping irons and wont give me my money?

  • i had to sell alot of stuff to get these irons and he sold me counterfit ones and he wont give me my money back

    If you can prove it, then take him to court on a civil manner. Contact the police for criminal charges if they were indeed counterfeit.

If it's inter-jurisdictional, forget it. Police doesn't deal with anything that's a few hundred dollars.

You can file a small claims lawsuit against him. Depending on your area, it will cost you $35 to $40 to file. Assuming you will win the case, you will get this amount back.

How did you pay for that? if paypal, set a dispute, if credit card, call your credit card company to investigate and stop payment. I'm an expert on this. lol

Take him to small claims court.
