What are my chances at University of Florida?

Do I have chances of getting in the Stanford or University of Florida golf team?

  • I'm 14, 6 hdcp, 95% g.p.a, i'm from argentina so i cant play ajga tournaments but can i enter it once i get to the university?

Whats a 95% GPA? Thats not a normal number for a GPA.

Stanford (and maybe UF, too) will attract the top American high school golfers and they'll probably recruit the ones they want. How will know about you if you live in Argentina? How will they have any exposure to your golf game? They might be willing to take a chance on you if you're as strong as the other golfers they're considering, but they have to know that you're out there.

I can't speak for Florida but Stanford is an elite school with a golf team to match. As a high school senior you would need to be a scratch player with proven results. As a scholar a 4.0 GPA would be preferred unless your name is Woods.
