Beginner DJ equipment help!?
-
Ok so i was at Best Buy last weekend and fooled around with the Numark iDJ2 for a bit and absolutely loved it!!! I have never done any djing in my life but i am now really interested in doing some just like in my room and maybe potentially gigs! I read a few reviews on the Numark iDJ2 and people really bashed it and im not sure i want to waste money on equipment that won't work. One of the main things that attracted me to the iDJ2 was that it was fully iPod compatible and easy to find and assign songs to the different parts of the mixer. I was just curious what would be a good, pretty simple setup for a beginner DJ and had iPod capabilities along with the ability to be reliable while not being insanely expensive (excess of $500-600). Thanks for all of your answers!!!

Answer:
I'd buy Taylormade woods, Ping irons and wedges and a No Compromise putter. That would be a bit over $600, but you'd have a good set.
