What is shipping method SAL?

How do I select shipping method on Nashbar.com?

• I'm trying to order my new bike on Nashbar.com but when I get to the shipping method section in the ordering process, there appear to be none of the options. All that's there is a sentence that notifies me of an overweight product surcharge and two pop-up links (Click for shipping/handling rates and Click for shipping information). Seeing no options, I clicked "continue to checkout", but all that came up was a little notification that said, "A shipping method selection is required. Please indicate how you would like us to ship your order." In my desperation, I tried typing my shipping method into the "Order Notes" section, but the same message came up when I tried to continue to checkout. I'm almost positive I'm missing something glaringly obvious, but there may be something up with the website. If anyone has been through the shipping process before and could tell me how it's supposed to happen, I'd be very appreciative.

  You need to give them a call some of the bikes are for pick up only and the manufacturers do not allow the bike to be sold unassembled.
