What is the correct mountain bike frame size for a 6'3" guy?

i am loooking to get a mountain bike and dont know what frame size is right for me. My inseam is 35 inches(89 cm). Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I'd say 19.5"-22". If I had to pick I'm gonna go with 21 inch.
