Where can you get a bicycle with a seater for two people?

for some odd reason, i really like bicycles. And i was hoping if my friend and I could ride together! it would be nice if the store was at walmart or etc. It can be a bicycle that both people could pedal together or one person can sit in the back and the other pedals. Sorry i wasn't that specific but please help me out!

It is called a tandem, both friends should be able to pedal. Get to know the guys at the local bike shop, those are the ones that will help you with fixing and tuning.

Google 'bicycle shop' and your zip code. Most real bike shops will carry a bicycle built for two. Wally World does offer one or two on their web site. Cheap crap. Get one from a real bike shop.
