Cheap but good exercise bike?

  me if you want to run faster and longer, you need to run. While both are excellent cardio exercise, they use the same muscles in very different ways. You may use cycling to cross train, but it will not help your running beyond assisting your in the conditioning process. You must run, and train as a runner, to run further and faster. Soccerref
