How Much Is 1950 Schwinn Bike Worth?

How do I know if I have a real schwinn bike?

  • A couple months ago I bought a bike frame from my friend and he told me that it was a schwinn road bike, it worked great and was a really good bike! But now I don't need it and i'm trying to sell it, however I'm not too sure if it is a schwinn bike. There seems to be a small mold of a hear on the bottom of the bike, would this be an indicator that it is a real schwinn bike? I would appreciate the help!!

No photo, no link, no serial # ---- no answer. Has the damn thing been painted or what? There should either be Schwinn decals on the frame or a Schwinn headbadge on the front. And what is a REAL Schwinn? Schwinn sells bikes in real bicycle shops & they sell bikes in discount stores. Discount store bikes to me are not REAL Schwinn bicycles.
