What seats will fit a Vauxhall Nova?

Can you fit two mountain bikes (with wheels off) in the back of a Vauxhall Corsa?

  • We want to take our two moutain bikes to centreparcs but are worried they wont fit in the back of our Vauxhall corsa. We will put the back seats down and can take the wheels of the bikes... Does anyone know if they will fit.. Secondly... will a bike rack for a Vauxhall Vectra fit on a Corsa?

    Not sure about a Corsa, but a friend had a Clio and regularly took 2 bikes to France, on a rack. Only way to be sure about the Vectra rack fitting your Corsa is to try it

There are some very universal racks that will fit almost any vehicle. As far as will the fit? Try and see. It depends on the bikes.

why don't you ride the bikes and carry the corsa you will have more space and get there faster

My friend has a Corsa and we quite regularly transport two mountain bikes in the back with all the wheels removed. Of course the rear seats have to be folded flat and the rear boot shelf removed. Put an old blanket over your boot surface, put the first bike in and place another blanket over the bike then load the other one. The blankets protect the car and the bikes from rubbing together. Remember they can be very wet and muddy when you finish riding.

I have a corsa and unless they are extremely large frame sizes you should be able to fit two mountain bikes in the back. I can fit a 52cm road frame in the back with four wheels in wheel bags and large kit bag, so you should be able to put the bikes on top of each other in the back with a bit of room to spare
