How do I change to UTF-8?

How much money and what would i need to get to change my bike from having 1 piece cranks to 3 piece cranks?

  you will need a converter kit but it will still never be as strong as a frame made for a 3 piece crank http://www.bicycle-engines.com/wide-crank-conversion-p-295.html after that you will need a bottom bracket like a U-54 by shimano will do and is cheaper you will also need a new crank set, and a bottom bracket tool for the new cartage(yes this tool is needed)
