Which BMX bike is right/better for me?

  • Okay, this summer i rode my bike hard and now it is the most beaten up bike ever. Im looking to get a new one and i don't really mind the price much. Im debating whether I should get the 2012 Verde Radia, or the 2012 Fit Eddie 3. I ride a lot of street, but mostly I ride parks. I want a bike that has a strong frame and can hold up to my 175 pounds. They both seem like great bikes, but I do not really know much detail about which bike is better, or which one will last me a long time.

    I hate to say it but the Verde Radia is probably a slightly better deal. It has full cromo frame fork bars and cranks. The female front hub makes things a near sealed deal. The problem with this bike is that you will not be able to adjust seat height... You could save a few bucks and get the Verde 2012 Spectrum Bike... that is the same bike... with a traditional pivotal seat post set up. Hell... it even has a female cassette hub! FIT cheeped out on the Eddie frame leaving the seat-stays and BB with plane old steel... Disappointing I know...

Diamondback Grind BMX Bike (2011 Model, 20-Inch) was some damages during packing, some of the plastic peices were broken. Nothing major, a reflector and a peice of the chain guard. Otherwise a great bike, my son loves it.
