Where can i get a dirt cheap second hand bicycle?

  • I want a working bike to get me from a to b, nothing fancy, as i'm going to decoupage it. It can be really old, as long as it works - and i was wondering what kind of places would be able to offer me this. I've heard of people picking them up for like £10 if they are 2nd hand and old , that would be perfect but i don't know where to look?
