Where can I get a pocket bike in San Francisco?

I am looking for a pocket bike (pocket rocket), but I can't find a store in San Francisco that sells them. I would prefer gas pocket bikes but electric ones are alright too. The most I plan on spending is $400. Any suggestions on where to buy one?
