What should I do about stretch marks?

What type of Exercise Bike is this.. and what would it do for me? +stretch marks?

I am 20 years old. I need to lose 30 pounds. Would this bike cause me to get stretch marks? Or worsen mine? ..I have them on my upper outer thighs and on my hips...and I feel this bike working these areas my stretch marks are in.... The main reason why I would exercise is for building my lower legs up (chicken legs) calorie burning and for my heart health... but I don't want More or Worse stretch marks

    Cycling won't give your stretch marks. It's always a good idea to exercise you can't tone muscles anyway else.
