• why singapore can use electric asist bicycle, and engine asist bic also a bicycle tranform. electric bill not cheap and not conveniene.. cannot run long distance. and accidentlybattery will explo if over charge or heated. engine 30cc will be difference, pump in petrol S$3.00 can use one week. low consume. run as normal bic speed below 22 km/hr. hope singapore can let low income citizen own this bic for safe distance use. And they not disturbing the traffic. ride in side way same as normal bicycle. hopre LTA can re consider this matter and give us a convenience life.many thanks..good day
