What's the best bike for the trails?

Does Trek make a good commuter bike?

  • Ive got a Trek 7.2 (at least thats whats on the top bar). The tires seem to be able to handle a variety of trail; theyre about an inch and a half across with small nubs. My commute is 9 miles each way, with most of it on bike trails or sidestreets.

  • Answer:

fx series are excellent bikes. they have inverted treaded tires which allow it to handle both road and light trail. also, they keep you in an upright position which helps out your back. the frame is more like a road bike which makes it fast! i work with the fx series and the thousand series. which is the comfort hybrid. trek fx series= great commuter bikes!
