    You will need to do a lot of work before the bike could be painted properly. The bike would have to be stripped down to the bare frame. Every single part removed. Do you have all the tools & knowledge to do this? After that, look for an auto body shop willing to take it on. Probably cost $150 or so. Then you would need to assemble & tune up everything again.
