Which is the best Indian bike to do stunt?

Do pegs on a stunt or a bmx bike make it any stronger?

  • Yea, I know this might probably sound really dumb, but something got me thinking There are these guys at the huge bike jumps I go to with bikes that all have pegs, but as often as I go, not once have I seen them actuly use the pegs. It's like they just have it on there to make it stronger or something. Thanks for taking your time to answer my question! 10 points to the best information. By the way, you may have noticed that I have been asking a lot of questions about bikes. It's because I just got a great bike and I'm trying to find out as much as I can and get all my questions answered, that way I can become a pro stunt biker some day xD! XoXoXo.

    As far as making the bike stronger goes no. pegs were invented for bmxers to enable them to grind like in areas skaters would. they are used strictly for tricks such as grinds and balancing on pegs. if you see some people with pegs but they are not using them it is probably just for looks. No, the only way for a bike to get stronger, stunt or any bike for that matter, would be if the part added structural strength. Pegs on the end of an axel add nothing to strengthen the frame or any other part.

Thats a....rediculous question....Pegs are used to grinding. There are no grind spots in a dirt trail now. You should see my pegs they are messed up from grinding. They have dents and the paint is completely off lmao. If you want to get better ride with people who are better than you. Thats how i got nice on bike!

No, since the pegs are at the end of the axle they can not provide any support. If you don't use them take them and save some weight.
