What is a good dirt/jump bike?

I need a trials bike?

• Okay well I don't NEED one but it would be pretty dang useful. I ride a lot in the woods and I want something a little lighter than my 26 inch Giant mountain bike. The thing is Heavy and I want to work on hopping over larger Logs/ rocks. I like everything about them and it is something I really want to try. I would get one from webcyclery but the only problem is my pay. I am cyberschooled but my parents only let me spend 1/4 of what I make at a local horsefarm. That means about 10 dollars a week. I can save up or whatever but if it is expensive it better be worth it. I thought about making a dirtjump bike into one but it seemed like it would cost almost as much as a trials bike from webcyclery for a worse bike. I found a few on eCrater but that site seems pretty sketchy. My absolute price limit is 500 dollars. Any more than that and I might as well buy a crappy used car to beat the crap out of. Anyone know if there are other dealers than webcyclery. Or if eCrater is okay to buy a bike from?
