Is Darrel Hair, the Australian Umpire, right in asking for $500,000 for stepping down from Elite panel of ICC?

This is he makes his living[professional umpire] and he is entitled to all such privileges as his terms of employment allow.I personally cant wit to read his memoirs where he justifies and proves,naming names, who in the pakis side actually cheated by ball tampering.That will send most of you ducking for cover!!

Yes, but his timing was wrong he did it when he wasn't fully coherent and in a situation where his thoughts weren't as clear as what they could have been. Its nice to know that they protected two Australian players from controversy but he slipped the boot into Darrell Hair. There's nothing like inconsistency and double standards. The toothless ICC will hang him out to dry, they can't control him so this gives them every excuse to get rid of him and appease those of his detractors who want there piece of flesh.
