What is the ICC Elite Umpires Panel?

  • Answer:

The International Cricket Council (ICC) named a full time Elite Umpires Panel in March 2002, consisting of the eight leading umpires in the world. In April 2003, this panel was increased to 11 umpires. These umpires are contracted to the ICC.
