Why won't internet work on my phone?

CRICKET PHONE INTERNET DOESN'T WORK ON LG PHONE? WHY?

i have an LG PHONE that's been flash to Cricket. Everything seems to be fine though! With Facebook/ Twitter etc. But YouTube, The videos wont load? Why? Each time my mom pays the bill. ...it would make the loading faster...after a week the bills been paid. it would go slow again? WHY? WHATS WRONG WITH THIS ****?);
