Do big city people desire to get the hell out of there and go to a nice country lake house for a week or so?

I would love to get out of the city,in fact I would love to get out of England and live somewhere much more relaxed

For a week? Heck I'm moving outa Los Angeles for good. If I could have my wish, I'd live way out in the middle of nowhere. I can't stand the heavy traffic and aggressive drivers. I dislike the smog and trash that blows in the wind. Moving to rural Salt Lake City. West side, away from city pollution, near the Great Salt Lake.

I an from New Orleans which is not too big of a city, but I am definitely a city girl at heart!!! I moved to California after Katrina, we are in a so-called city, its not too big, but stll a city.....I can remember being back home, my husband would take our baby and myself to a place in Mississippi, called Wiggins, there was a campground, with fishing, and cabins, and it was all walking distance from a really nice lake......those were the good old days.....everyone needs to step away from the city life for a bit to gain a sense of serenity......and peace and calm.....hope i got 10 points.........
