The united states government infected black men w/ Syphilis to see how long a human could live w/the infection

Look up The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. Back in the 70s the us government infected over 300 black men to see how long they could live... They told them they had "bad blood" until their deaths....Doctors were in on the experiment as well....So My question is, Why is it so shocking to WHT americans that some black people are paranoid about HIV & The government being behind it.... I think that white americans really dont realize or refuse to see that life in America for a person of color is completely different compared to a white person

Answer:
That is so sad. And the poster who actually thinks these man would refuse treatment in favor of a long death is in denial. Its not like he's the doctor that affected him why would he need to say such a comment. Thats why this world is an evil place, and I dont't care if I get thumbs down. People love to ignore facts unless it benefits their twisted beliefs. This is so sad and I dont think the good white people should feel guilty as they have nothing to do with it, but if these things keep happening it explains why the animosity continues.

I think that white people don't realize that African Americans were tricked before, and that they still feel like they are being tricked.

They did not inject them with syphilis. They witheld treatment from them - which is ALMOST as bad, but still..... They would have been cured with penicillin. Instead they died a long torturous death, all the while being "studied." ONLY in 1972 was it stopped. Those were some sick f**king M.D.s. Here is from wikipedia: The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the ***** Male[1] (also known as the Tuskegee Syphilis Study, Pelkola Syphilis Study, Public Health Service Syphilis Study or the Tuskegee Experiment) was a clinical study, conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama, in which 399 poor — and mostly illiterate — African American sharecroppers were studied to observe the natural progression of the disease if left untreated. Eventually leading to major changes in how patients are protected in clinical studies, the study was not without controversy. Individuals enrolled in the Tuskegee Syphilis Study were not required to give informed consent and were not informed of their diagnosis; instead they were told they had "bad blood" and could receive free medical treatment, rides to the clinic, meals and burial insurance in case of death in return for participating.[2] In 1932, when the study started, standard treatments for syphilis were toxic, dangerous, and of questionable effectiveness. Part of the original goal of the study was to determine if patients were better off not being treated with these toxic remedies and to recognize each stage of the disease in hopes of developing treatments aimed for each one. Doctors recruited 399 black men who were thought to have syphilis, to study the progress of the disease over the course of 40 years. A control group of 201 healthy men was studied to provide a comparison. By 1947 penicillin had become the standard treatment for syphilis. Prior to this discovery, syphilis frequently led to a chronic, painful and fatal multisystem disease. Rather than treat all syphilitic subjects with penicillin and close the study, or split off a control group for testing penicillin; the Tuskegee scientists withheld penicillin and information about penicillin, in order to continue studying how the disease spreads and kills. Participants were also prevented from accessing syphilis treatment programs that were available to other people in the area. The study continued until 1972, when a leak to the press[3] resulted in its termination. The Tuskegee Syphilis Study, cited as "arguably the most infamous biomedical research study in U.S. history",[4] led to the 1979 Belmont Report, the establishment of the National Human Investigation Board, and the requirement for establishment of Institutional Review Boards

AIDS is not killing people, flawed tests and chemicals drugs such as AZT are what's really killing these people. HIV-positive response means nothing of any relevance to health : it can be triggered by vaccination, malnutrition, M.S., measles, influenza, papilloma virus wart, Epstein Barr virus, leprosy, glandular fever, hepatitis, pre syphillis, pregnancy etc. Can you imagine receiving a fatal diagnosis without being told the diagnosis is based on an unproven idea and an uncertain test? Being instructed to take powerful, experimental drugs without being told these drugs compromise health, destroy functions necessary to sustain life, and were approved for use without adequate testing? Being informed that you have, or should expect, deadly illnesses without being told that these same illnesses are not considered fatal when they occur in "normal" people? It's population control (preventing black women from further procreating; genocide). The government is corrupt. How do you think Crack Cocaine infiltrated Urban areas?
