What does the food security means in relation to the global communities?

  The simplest way to look at this is to remember: Don't expect starving people to reason...and in the real world, some of those starving people have access to nuclear weapons. (And even if they don't...countries that are low on food, water, and everything else still somehow find the ability to acquire modern military weapons)
