Where can I find really cheap instruments (quality not important?

Do you find it disturbing how Canada is losing its high quality of life?

  • Looking at the 2010 Human Development Index by the United Nations and the 2010 Quality of Life Index by International Living, I can see that Canada's international rankings for human development and quality of life have dropped recently. The nation is now 8th internationally by HDI (being 4th last year) and is even far outranked by the USA on that very list (from 13th last year to 4th this year)! Our globally admired quality of life has diminished greatly, and I also find it greatly disturbing that our ranking on the UN's Education Index has fallen quite a bit as well. I was totally shocked and hopelessly confused when I found this out. It's weird how we have the top 5 most livable cities in the Americas (according to the 2010 Mercer Quality of Living Survey) — one even being in the top 5 in the world — in addition to having 3 of the most eco-friendly, sustainable cities of the New World! How can this BE? Why is it this way? On a lighter note, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia are now developed countries according to the UN. Yay, Eastern Europe!

    Are you sure there is no politics in there or using different or deceptive standards? Statistics can be so misread, misleading and emphasize the wrong things. If it's shocking, it's pretty suspicious too.

More and more country are closer to 1st world standards. China and India are now at 2nd world standards from being 3rd world. Gotta remember we can't be top of the ranks forever. Toyota motor company now world top selling this year as first time. General motor aren't rank top anymore. That is life.
