How do you deal with people who dont like you at work place?

well be super nice to them and treat them like they are great friends!! really cause that'll piss them off cause you are being so friendly......fake it and who knows maybe someday they will like you for real???

Some people are idiots, some like others and some just don't like just because they don't want to. Unless you baked an exlax chocolate cake for them than there's a reason for them not to like them. Or if you peed in their coffee and they found out. I think it depends on what you did or act. Than again it could be nothing that you did at all and they're just bad people who aren't liked themselves. Just be yourself, try and be polite and make yourself look like the good person. They don't like you after that than it's them.

I'm a bit older than some of the people I work with and sometimes I see how dumb and immature they can be. Generally they are pleasant and respectful towards me, but every now and again I just know that they don't particularly care for me. It used to bother me, but life is a stage, right? Treat the workplace as a seperate life, a place where theres a different you. It works for me. I don't let work get to me. I come home and maybe I'll complain about someone being a jerk for a little while, but generally I seperate my real life from my work life and I just go about my business. I hope this is helpful.

I work with one girl who absolutely hates me, she is very mean, speaks her mind very upfront to me, and also is very unconsiderate. I tried just being nice and polite to her for about 6 months, showing her that her being mean wasnt really affecting me, but one day she just went over the line. Now I just treat her as she treats me, Im not a mean person, but I feel that this person is rewarding herself in my demise...since ive stopped being so nice to her things have improved quite abit

Be nice, no matter what...unless you dont like your job, that is...

Just do your job. Who cares about the people at work? Get other friends.

I kill them with kindness. Eventually they cave in, often accompanied by an apology for their previous "attitude". I keep it up then, "Oh I never noticed, don't be silly, we all get busy and just don't have time to socialize!", and totally relish my little victory. Or they continue not to like me, I am nicer and nicer. Then one day they slip and say something about me at work, and sha-bam!! I don't need to say a word! Everyone else would jump in and defend me and inform that person what nice things I say about them! Guess I'm lucky, as generally most people really like me. Those that don't, suffer, and never at my hands. Evil little wench, I guess, lol!:-)
