What is unique about the violin?

What would you say about this deal ? Violin for starter!?

• Hi there, i will be complete honest, i never played a violin and i dont have any idea how to pick up a violin. I intend to learn violin through online tutorials and books. While searching online for a violin that suits my needs i found this violin pack. I really dont know if this is the best deal for a starter in the given price range. The price offered by website suits my pocket, i would like to know what experts out there got to say about it. If you think there is a better deal for me within same price range please let me know. I also browsed through various websites on how to pick a violin and found many websites mentioning that until you play it you will never know. I dont even know how i am going to play it, i just want a violin desperately and get started. Waiting for reply.   I don't see a price there...Well anyways, I think it's great that you wanna play, and buying online can get you great deals, but I think you should maybe rent one out from a music store first. I've played for about 7 years now, and I've seen people buy a violin and then not play it after a while cause they're not into it. The first violin I played was a used rental, and when I wanted a new one I rented it out first, and eventually paid it off and now I own it. So basically I don't recommend buying it until you at least rent one out.
