Do you know of any programs offering high school study abroad programs that are for one-four months?

Is there any programs that...?

  • I want to study abroad in Japan. I applied for AFS (afsusa.org) months earlier but my application got rejected. I want to try again, but I'm ashamed to say I don't know much about this process. Is there any programs to study abroad that will still accept me? I'm near the end of senior year in high school now, could I still apply for a high school study abroad program like AFS? If not then is there programs for high school graduates or do you have to be in college? And in you have to be in college, can you apply anytime while in college or do you have to wait after you graduate? If someone could answers those questions, I have more. Thanks in advance.
