Where is the best 4th of July fireworks display on Oahu?

I was in the UK last month. I was looking forward to fireworks on the 4th of July. There was none. Why not???

I'm from the US and am really angry. Is it a safety issue? Or would a proper 4th of July fireworks display be too expensive? There must be an answer.
