How many people of the USA are single?

How come so many people hate the USA, but so many immigrate here?

• I was talking to this Russian on the internet and he was feeding me anti-American propaganda. I asked him, if he was so against the USA, then why is there a huge Russian-American community? Same goes with many Europeans, especially Eastern Europeans. If they're so against the USA, then why do so many of their own people move to the USA?

  America is the country that people LOVE TO HATE. It is envy, pure and simple. "Why should Americans have all that wealth . . . and I'm sitting in a tiny apartment with nothing?" Most of my friends in Ukraine are PhD's but not one of them owns a car, or cell phone, or computer. Even the "poor" in America are richer than professors in other countries . . . . For the record, my friends in Ukriane did not express anti-American sentiments . . . but the students who posed questions to me rattled off the same tired old propaganda as if they were reading from the Soviet paper, "Pravda."
