Is this nutjob site serious...or is it just incredibly satire?!? Higurashi is a murder simulation??

http://blogs4brownback.wordpress.com/2007/09/28/anime-encourages-murder/ Im having trouble figuring out whether this site is trying to be SERIOUS...trying to alert people, or if this is just one of those satire sites that makes fun of different sites...I once read in another site that is designed to satirize christian conservatism...and one article in that satire site talks about how pokemon is the devil incarnate etc. in a really exagerrated and humorous manner..and when I read THIS site whose link I posted above, I can see plenty of things they have in common with the joke article about pokemon being demonic. YET some people seem to think the rtard who wrote the article about higurashi might be trying to be serious, can anyone tell if he is or not? Right now the article looks more like an incredibly racist, uninformed, baseless, moronic, and christian sort of thing. So Im cant tell if this site is meant for satire or serious business...so what is this site? ALso...Higurashi rules!
