Is Zui Quan difficult to learn?

Reincarnation Zui Quan?

• can some know Zui Quan (Drunken Fist) through reincarnation. I was told that a few techniques i do which i think are basic tech in a dream yoga from many practioners of the art say its drunken boxing. i believe in buddhism and i know some past/futre life names places, who they were, gender etc.

  i always wondered if genetic knowledge exists and i believe to some extent it does...meaning i think it might be possible to be passed down thru your genes the ability to know drunken fist, but tapping into that knowledge is a whole another mattter. I remember as a kid i never studied any martial art yet i got into a fight with a kid where i was able to counter each strike with martial moves without even thinking about it...it was almost like my hands and arms knew what to do on their own
