How can I dedicate myself to ONE cause and also help other causes?

I really need help picking a cause! Please help?

• For a convention I'm going to, each of the chapter presidents (which I am one of) has to present one cause that they stand up for. I always choose Autism Awareness for this type of thing because my twin sister, cousin, and multiple family friends have autism. I've been standing up for it since I was 3 and can't really think of anything else. Right now I am considering poverty, child abuse, suicide awareness, or eating disorder awareness. For all of the topics I can mention shocking statistics. I can talk about how I spent last summer volunteering in inner-city baltimore for poverty. For child abuse I could either talk about my friend who has essentially had her life ruined by abuse, or how my mom emotionally abused me. For suicide awareness I could discuss either my friends (all of the friends would be anonymous btw) or my own suicide attempts. Finally, for eating disorders, I could discuss my battle with anorexia. I know that my own battle with anorexia would be the most moving story and that it is one of the least supported causes, but I'm not sure if I should lose the privacy of my own story and make myself vulnerable to possibly, but not definitely, help others. Which of the 4 causes mentioned should I choose? For the chosen one, I'll write a paragraph and present it to kids from my region (I believe under 100 will be there, but not sure exactly).   I think you should do your battle with anorexia because you can really relate to what your telling the children so they will be quite interested. Also, there are so many things that we hear about eating disorders you would be able to tell them what its really like.
