Cheap chauffeur service in San Diego?

1st offensive dui community service in san diego how many hours?

  • I got convicted on my 1st dui in san diego. I went to court and is going to dui classes already. I still need to do community service in order to complete my dui case. Im order to do 14 days of community service work. I was wondering does anyone have any idea how many hours a day is the community service work? I heard it was something like 8hrs a day? Please tell me its less the 8hrs a day.

  • Answer:

It depends on how the court allows you to do your community service. Some courts require that you do it for an eight hour work day through the city, picking up trash, for instance. So, indeed, that's 14 eight-hour days. Some courts let you spread it over several more days with nonprofit organizations. So, therefore, you do 112 hours of community service over 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, or whatever the judge allows you to do. It really depends on what kind of community service you're working at. For example, church can give you many hours as you wish. If it is Good Will store, they can only give you certain hours. I'd recommend you to go to church service as they are mostly clean and flexible when you work there. Also below is more details on DUI Laws in California..

Depends on where you do your community service. At our food pantry, it is an 8 hour day. Hope this helps.
